Just like our round cake molds, our quarter sheet mold provides an easy grip rim to make removing your frozen blank a snap, as well as a half-height marking ridge on each side. The finished blank produced by this rectangular mold measures 8.75″ x 12.75″ x 2.0″. Each mold comes with a washable rigid plastic frame that helps to keep the sides of the mold straight while your filling sets.
